Arizona Latino Leadership Institute Fellowship Program

The Arizona Latino Leadership Institute is honored to launch the ALLI Fellowship Program. This program provides the opportunity for talented college graduates to gain first-hand experience working with a government agency, organization or corporation on public policy-driven activities. The goal is to offer fellows guidance, experience, support, and adequate resources to become effective leaders in Arizona’s second century.

As an ALLI Fellow you will:

• Be placed with an agency, department, organization or corporation to work on public policy issues
• Be responsible for a community service project
• Receive a leadership management curriculum
• Receive a one year paid fellowship

Eligibility

• Must be 21 years of age by September 1, 2008
• Must be a graduate from a four-year accredited university - All degrees are welcome (engineering, business, liberal arts, education, etc.)
• Must demonstrate commitment to serve his/her community
• Must demonstrate strong interest in public policy
• Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills
• Must be able to commit to full time hours and possible relocation
• Must be willing to travel
