Who is the Arizona Latino Leadership Institute:
The Arizona Latino Leadership Institute (ALLI) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan and independent organization committed to the advancement of emerging leaders and the success of Arizona's second century. The work of the institute is focused on public policy education, fellowship opportunities and the growth and retention of quality community leaders throughout the state.ALLI Vision Statement:

ALLI Foundations:
Fellowships
The ALLI Fellowship Program provides opportunities for emerging leaders to work one on one with an agency, organization or corporation on policy-driven activities. The goal is to mentor and guide fellows as they work towards establishing a career involving public policy in Arizona.Policy Leadership
The ALLI Policy Leadership Academy will provide a training mechanism for those who are stewards for positive social change, and those who wish to actively engage in a policy driven role. Within this program, individuals will be exposed to a curriculum based on sound theories within ethics, leadership and management, intercultural communications and strategic global preparedness.
Alliances
ALLI prides itself on building relationships with community and bussiness leaders, organizations, and institutions. By partnering with the community, we can better address the needs of the Latino community and the state as a whole.
Accountability
